Bank Rakyat Fiesta Rumah Impian 2026 was held at Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, Kota Kinabalu, bringing together Bank Rakyat, property developers, strategic partners and automotive brands for a two-day consumer roadshow.

A successful mall roadshow involves more than setting up booths.For this project, we supported the event from planning and technical drawings to setup and on-ground coordination, ensuring the different event components came together smoothly.

Our team worked on the event planning, space arrangement and drawings before moving into actual setup and coordination at the venue. The roadshow included exhibition booths, stage activities, children’s activities, refreshment areas and automotive displays.

With multiple participating brands and exhibitors, careful coordination was required to manage setup schedules, technical requirements and event flow before opening to the public.

We believe good planning behind the scenes is what creates a smooth experience on the event day.Fiesta Rumah Impian was designed to offer visitors more than a conventional exhibition.

Throughout the roadshow, visitors could explore information on home financing, property projects and financial products while speaking directly with Bank Rakyat representatives and participating developers.The programme also featured property sharing sessions, financial talks and partner presentations.

To keep the event engaging for families and mall visitors, activities such as a children’s colouring competition, Penalty Kick Challenge, quizzes and children’s activities were incorporated throughout the two-day programme.

This mix of information, activities and brand engagement helped create a more interactive roadshow in Sabah.
